Bass Pro Tournament of Champions. The Future of the Game
Jayson Tatum. Lonzo Ball. Malik Monk. John Wall. Jayson Williams. Lamar Odom. Alonzo Mourning. Just a few well-known NBA names who played in Springfield, Missouri’s Bass Pro Tournament of Champions. The #1 attended high school basketball tournament in America has quite a pedigree, with over 350 athletes who moved on to play NCAA Division-1 ball, and 60 alumni who’ve played in the NBA.

Three decades in, the tournament has become the premiere event of its kind, with a packed house every night, and a national television audience.
Andy Taylor’s role as On-Court Emcee for the tournament features one simple responsibility: Have an absolute blast with fans. From the annual Slam Dunk Contest, to seat-upgrades, tournament trivia, half-time shooting contests, and completely random moments of karaoke…it is always great discovering lofty basketball IQ’s and raw talent off the court.
