Starting in the late 90’s, Andy hosted his first television program “Springfield After Dark” on the ABC-affiliate in Springfield, Missouri. On the show, he profiled area nightclubs, restaurants and cafes, interacting with owners and guests.
Over time, the role expanded to include a live, on-location Monday Night Football Countdown show, Christmas shopping specials, and local live cut-ins during ABC’s New Years Rockin’ Eve.
When Mediacom reached an agreement to air Springfield Lasers World Team Tennis matches throughout the Midwest, Andy was hired to work with lead play-by-play announcer Don West as color commentator during the broadcasts.
Today, Andy can be seen on networks internationally as the stadium emcee for high-profile tennis tournaments including the US Open, the Olympic Games, Doha and the World Lethwei Championship.
Andy Taylor’s voice over work can be heard on television commercials across the country and around the world, with partners including Honda, Chevrolet, and the United States Tennis Association.
