Don’t miss the Little Hands, Big Helpers Trike-A-Thon and Try-Sport-A-Thon this Saturday at Jordan Valley Park, starting at 11:00am!
Registration starts at 10:30…After a safety lesson Preschool and Kindergarten children will use their big wheel, tricycle, bike with training wheels, stroller, wagon or wheel chair to tour Cardboard City with several opportunities to stop and visit the buildings! All proceeds from the Trike-A-Thon benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

There’s also a Try-Sport-A-Thon for the older kids…Springfield – Greene County Parks and Recreation will provide several sports for children to participate in. There is something for everyone and most events are handicap accessible. All proceeds from the Try-Sport-A-Thon benefit St. John’s Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center.
Now…imagine your husband, brother, wife, sister, or even overweight uncle…driving his/her own tricycle through our challenging obstacle course! This is an additional way you can raise money to benefit Little Hands, Big Helpers…make sure you nominate some in your family today, and bring the kids Saturday to play with us at Jordan Valley Park!
