Seeing as this was a Group-2 win, potential opponents for Team USA include other Group-2 winners and opening roup World Group Losers. Those from Group-2 joining the U.S. in the World Group Playoffs: Japan, Slovak Republic and Australia. Those who lost their World Group Ties this weekend, and will be included in the World Group Playoff Draw: Spain, Germany, Belgium…and we’re still waiting on the outcome of the Italy vs. Ukraine Tie (all even after four – and deadlocked at 5-all in the first set of the doubles rubber).
So…Good News from Worcester on this Super Bowl Sunday; where we’re really hoping for Good News from Indianapolis later on tonight – Go Patriots!
