6-time winner of ATP-250 Tournament of the Year . . . In 2025, the Qatar ExxonMobil Open made it’s ATP-500 debut, capturing ATP-500 Tournament of the Year honors.

QATAR EXXONMOBIL OPEN, NOW AN ATP-500 FIXTURE ON THE CALENDAR

2025 marked the dawn of a new era. In 1993, when the Sheraton was the only coastal structure in what has become Doha’s majestic City Center – the State of Qatar hosted its first professional tennis tournament, the Qatar ExxonMobil Open. For 34 years, the event has grown in stature and prestige.

Remarkably, the players voted it ATP-250 Tournament of the Year six times (2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2024).

Last season, the Qatar ExxonMobil Open became one of 16 ATP-500 events on tour – meaning more points, higher stakes and increased prize money for the athletes . . . and in its debut season, captured ATP-500 Tournament of the Year honors.
