With only four regular season matches left to play in the 2013 World Team Tennis Season, the Springfield Lasers hosted the Philadelphia Freedoms on a stormy Saturday Night at Mediacom Tennis Stadium. Up (9-7) going into the third event, nearby lightening stopped play on the court. While officials determined whether to move the match indoors, Andy Taylor and Don West were forced to “dance in the wind” and kill some time during the live coverage. The match was eventually moved indoors, where the Lasers lost (20-21) to Victoria Duval and Liezel Huber.
